A application letter usually accompanies a typed CV(Curriculum Vitae)or resume which contains all the unchanging information about you:your education background,qualifications and work experience.By careful planning and preparing your resume,you can avoid cluttering your application letter with numerous details that would interfere with its lively,readable“sales presentation”.Further you can present all the appropriate background information about yourself in a greatly condensed,well-organized,easy to understand,attractive format—probably on one page!You should divide your resume into various sections as shown below,each with an appropriate heading;also you should be consistent in the form and phrasing of statements,but you need not use complete sentences.
