I’m xx. I’m writing to complain about xx.

The focus of my complaint is as follows: On the one hand, the product has been

found of poor quality since the day I bought it; / the manners of your staff is

absolutely beyond acceptance; / I have been tortured by the xx day and night for a

long time. On the other hand, my previous complaints seemed to have aroused little

attention. I feel disappointed, thus I demand that the problem be solved as soon as

possible.

Words fail me when I want to express my gratitude for your taking time from

your busy schedule and reading my letter. I look forward to the solution of the

problem as soon as possible.
