I’m xx. I’m writing to inform you that I cannot accept your offer / I have to quit

the job.

I’m quite reluctant to inform you that I won’t be available because I have recently

received the admission letter from xx university. After serious consideration, I’ve

finally made the decision to go for it, which deprives me of time and energy to accept

your offer / work for you. Worse still, I have been assigned a significant task in

preparation for the 70th anniversary of our university, which happens to overlap with

your program.
