Employees holding professional titles concentrate in banks(36.07%),group finance companies(34.74%),financing guarantee companies(25.85%),pawn companies(24.73%)and markets companies(23.31%);on the other hand,85%of employees of securities,fund,futures,insurance,asset management,payment,factoring and financing leasing companies do not have any professional title(see Figure 30).

Employees holding senior professional titles in financing guarantee,group finance,financial leasing,pawn and markets companies as a percentage of the total employees are higher:5.08%,4.91%,4.25%, 4.18%and 3.32%respectively.Junior professional title holders in banks,pawn and fund companies as a percentage of the total employees are higher:21.97%,10.61%,and 9.25%respectively.
