The employees of factoring,payment,financing leasing,fund,markets,asset management,futures,group finance and trust companies are relatively younger.Over 80%of the employees fall into“below 30”and“30—39”age groups,in which:factoring has 94.29%in both age groups,payment 90.33%,financing lease 89.57%,fund 86.23%,markets 83.12%,asset management 81.81%,futures 81.75%,group finance 80.72%,and trust 80.55%.On the other hand,employees in both age groups are about three-quarters of the workforce of insurance,banking,securities and financial leasing companies:insurance 75.45%,bank 73.60%,securities 72.45%and financial leasing 77.71%(see Figure 27).

Relatively speaking,the workforce of pawn,micro-lending and financing guarantee companies is older.A larger proportion of the practitioners fall into“50—59”and“above 60”age groups:the percentage of pawn,micro-lending,financing guarantee companies are 24.88%,11.22%and 9.04%respectively.
