3)Distribution of practitioners returning from overseas studies

Banking companies have 7,531 practitioners returning from overseas studies,the largest number of all the 16 subsectors of financial companies;securities companies rank second having 2,534 practitioners returning from overseas studies;and insurance companies rank third having 1,679 practitioners returning from overseas studies(see Figure 22).

By percentage,the distribution is a different case.Practitioners returning from overseas studies account for less than 10%of the workforce of securities,banking,insurance and futures companies.Higher proportions exist in subsectors like financial leasing,trust,asset management,fund and markets.Pawn companies have the fewest practitioners returning from overseas studies as a percentage of the total workforce:it is merely 0.69%.
