In terms of gender distribution,among the 16 financial subsectors, only banks and insurance companies have more female than male practitioners:there are 77,619 female banking practitioners,accounting for 57.39%of the total;32,253 female insurance practitioners,accounting for 52.23%;and 12,308 female securities practitioners,accounting for 42.14%(see Figure 21).

Among other financial subsectors,female pawn practitioners account for 49.1%of the total,making the male-to-female balance essentially even.Factoring,micro-lending,fund,financing guarantee,trust,futures,payment,group finance and asset management companies hire somewhat fewer women than men.Financing lease,markets and financial leasing companies engage obviously fewer women practitioners than men,with their female workforce accounting for 39.51%,39.32%and 37.65%respectively.
