Regarding professional qualifications,only about one fourth of the employees of financial companies in Shanghai had professional titles,and the majority have junior professional titles:31,641 employees,accounting for 13.92%of the total;10%have intermediate professional titles;only 1.25%have senior professional titles(see Figure 17).
