In 2014,the financial companies in Shanghai recruited 55,325 people including:1,247 recruited through the overseas job market(including new graduates and those with work experience),accounting for 2.25%of total;and 535 assigned by the superior organization by administrative means,accounting for 0.97%of total(see Figure 12).

In 2014,the total workforce of financial companies in Shanghai was reduced to the extent of 46,233 people.Among them,40,877 practitioners,accounting for 88.42%of the total reduction,resigned(who propose to the employer to terminate the employment contract or other service relationships),accounting for 88.42%;2,655 people,5.74%of the reduction,were dismissed by the companies(see Figure 13).
