Named after a legendary figure along the Silk Road， the Western restaurant Sven Hedin which is located in the southeast wing of the lobby， provides a buffet breakfast and various set dishes. The hotel's decor is in the style of the rich Western Regions （since the Han Dynasty this has been the general term to refer to the territory west of Dunhuang， Gansu Province） with lamps made of color-glazes and the burning incenses producing a light fragrance. Situated on the second floor of the hotel， the Three Thousand Seats Chinese restaurant has 11 banquet rooms for 300 guests.
