一、职业制服标准
STANDARDS OF UNIFORM
（一）着装要求
Requirements of uniform
1.外套
Suit
①保持干净整洁。
②穿制服外套时必须系好纽扣。
③不得佩戴装饰性物件。（图3.1）
①Keep it clean and tidy.
②Well buttoned up when be worn.
③No decorations allowed on it.（Fig.3.1）

2.马甲
Vest
①春、秋、冬季提供餐饮服务时要求穿马甲。
②尺寸适中，保持干净平整。
③穿着时必须系好纽扣。
④马甲上必须佩戴名牌。
①Must be worn when providing meals and drinks service in spring, autumn and winter.
②Fit well, clean and tidy.
③Well buttoned up.
④Service-nametag must be pinned on the vest.
3.衬衣
Shirt
①衬衫分为长袖、短袖两种，应清洗干净、熨烫平整。
②春、秋、冬穿长袖衬衫，夏季穿短袖衬衫。
③穿着时应系好所有纽扣。
④长袖衬衣不允许挽起袖子。
⑤衬衫口袋内不得放置零散物品。（图3.2）

4.裤子
Trousers
①裤子应熨烫平整、保持干净。
②长短应适中。
③裤子口袋内不得放置零散物品。（图3.3）

5.大衣
Winter overcoat
①必须系好纽扣，佩戴帽子。
②保持大衣平整干净。（图3.4）

6.风衣
Trench coat
①春秋两季时可着风衣。
②穿风衣时必须系好纽扣。（图3.4）

（二）基本配件及要求
Standards and requirements of accessaries
1.帽子
Cap
①穿制服、风衣、大衣时必须戴帽子。
②帽徽端正，帽沿不遮眉。（图3.5）
①Should be worn whenever in uniform, trench coat or winter overcoat.
②Make sure the badge on the cap is right in the middle ahead and the rim of the cap above the brows.（Fig.3.5）

③在客舱工作期间无须戴帽。
③Hat is unnecessary to wear during service in the cabin.
2.名牌
Service-nametag
①佩戴统一发放的名牌。
②名牌必须字迹清楚、无破损。
③名牌佩戴在外衣、马甲和制服、衬衣左胸部上衣口袋上方处。
④名牌下端与兜盖上端平齐，放置于中间位置。（图3.5）
①Only standard service-nametags are permitted.
②Nametags must be clearly readable without any damage.
③Must be pinned on the upper part of the left chest of the clothing of suit, vest, and shirt, right above the left chest pocket.
④Must be pinned right in the middle above the shirt chest pocket lid.（Fig.3.5）
3.领带
Tie
①穿制服时，应系好领带。
②领带应保持干净平整。
③佩戴领带时衬衫领口应系好。
④挺胸站立时，领口的尖端必须与皮带扣中间平齐，领带的长度要适宜。
⑤穿马甲时，必须将领带放在马甲里。（图3.6）
①Must be worn for flight duty.
②Must be neat and tidy.
③Make sure that the shirt collar is well buttoned before wearing a tie.
④The end of the tie should always touch the middle of the waist belt buckle, when standing up straightly.
⑤Keep the tie inside of the vest.（Fig.3.6）
4.肩章
Shoulder badges
必须保持肩章的干净、整洁。（图3.7）

5.皮带
Waist belt
①皮带、皮带扣要求款式适合职业标准，简洁大方，皮带仅限黑色，无花纹。（图3.8）
①Strap and buckle should be concise and in a good taste, strap should be black and without veins.（Fig.3.8）

②不佩戴类似如图3.9所示的休闲皮带。

6.工作皮鞋
Working leather shoes
①工作皮鞋应保持干净、光亮、无破损。（图3.10）

②应着统一发放的工作皮鞋。

7.袜子
Socks
①颜色仅限于黑色、深蓝色。
②不得有抽丝、破洞的现象。
③执行任务时应有备份袜。
①The color of the socks should be limited to black and navy blue.
②No broken parts.
③Spare socks are requested.
二、飞行箱包及其携带规定
REGULATIONS FOR CABIN CREW BAGGAGE
（一）飞行箱包
Cabin crew baggage（CCB）
①执行实习等任务时必须携带学校统一发放的男航空服务员箱包。
①Standard CCB should be used for flight practice duty.
②箱包外不得有装饰物、贴画等。
③应保持箱包外观的清洁。（图3.11）
②Any decorations or stickers on the outside of CCB are prohibited.
③Keep the look of CCB neat and tidy.（Fig.3.11）

（二）飞行箱包携带规定

三、发型与配饰标准
STANDARDS OF HAIR-DO AND ACCESSARIES
（一）发型
Hair-do
①发型要求稳重、简洁，前不遮眉，后不抵领，侧面长度不得遮盖耳部；不得留怪异的发型。（图3.13）
①Dignified and neat style requested, proper cut without hair-touching over brows or ears or short collar, weird hair-do is not permitted.（Fig.3.13）

②保持头发清洁。
③只许染黑色或接近发色的自然色。
④脸部保持清洁、无胡须。
⑤耳毛、鼻毛不得外露。
⑥手部应保持清洁，指甲应修剪整齐，指甲长度不超过手指尖2毫米。
⑦男士鬓角长度以高于耳朵中部为宜。
⑧不可剃光头。
②Always keep hair clean.
③Hair-dyeing limits: black or natural color which is close to original hair color.
④Thorough facially shave requested.
⑤Neither ear-hair, nor nose hair should be seen.
⑥Keep hands clean and nails manicured with the nail length shorter than 2 mm.
⑦The temple of the man should be a little higher than the middle of the ear.
⑧Bareheaded is forbidden.
⑨白发过多者，建议染发。
⑩不允许染成自然发色以外的颜色，如图3.14。
⑨Dyeing is recommended to the people with a lot of white hair.
⑩ Unnatural hair color dyeing is not allowed, as shown in Fig.3.14.

（二）配饰
Accessaries
执行任务时必须佩戴手表，应搭配制服款式，刻度明显，表带以金属或皮质为宜，宽度不得超过3厘米，皮质表带颜色限制在黑、棕褐、深蓝、灰、咖啡色（图3.15）；不允许佩戴休闲、卡通及有装饰物的手表。
Wrist watch: simple and neat design, matching well with uniforms, clear time indications, leather or metal chain bands are requested, which are less than 3 cm in width and coloring in black, brown, deep navy, dark gray of coffee tone.（Fig.3.15） Casual ware, cartoon patterned of extravagant styles are prohibited.

戒指只可佩戴一枚，设计要简单、大方。
不允许佩戴耳环、手链、怀表等装饰物。
Rings: only one ring is allowed, simple and neat designed.
Earring, wrist band, pocket watch etc.are prohibited.
情景实训 SCENARIO SIMULATION TRAINING
1.实训目标
Training objectives
训练男航空服务人员标准的职业着装。
①具备航空服务专业人员的基本职业形象。
②养成严谨细致的着职业装的习惯。
Training male flight attendants to have standard professional dressing.
①To build basic professional image of aviation services staff.
②Develop meticulous professional dressing habits.
2.实训背景
Training background
从南宁飞往北京的CZ6283于18点起飞，机组成员进入登机前状态。
Flight CZ6283 from Nanning to Beijing will take off at 18:00, the cabin crew start to work in preparing mode of boarding and flying.
3.实训内容
Training content
地面服务人员值机阶段以及空中乘务员起飞前职业装检查。
Ground attendants check professional dressing during check-in stage, flight attendants check professional dressing before the aircraft takes off.
4.实训准备
Training preparation
准备一间形体训练室,四面墙安装长度及地的镜子,能从头到脚照到训练人员。对应工作岗位的制服和箱包、鞋袜等。
Prepare a physical training room with floorlength mirror of four walls, students can look in the mirror from head to toe.Prepare work uniforms and cases of corresponding post, bags, shoes, footwear, etc.
5.实训内容与操作标准
The training content and operating standards
检查男航空服务人员发型是否符合标准。
男航空服务人员制服穿着前的检查：①确认自己的岗位制服；②确认适合自己的尺码；③重点检查领口和袖口的洁净；④细心检查衣服是否熨烫整齐，扣子是否齐全，是否有漏缝或破边。按顺序检查，发现问题及时调换。
制服和衬衣的穿着：①从衣架上取下衬衣穿好；②衬衣穿好后下摆必须在裤子里面；③对着镜子检查，扣子是否扣齐，穿着是否符合规范；④换下不需洗涤的衣物应挂在衣架上，制服口袋不放置与工作无关的任何物品。
鞋袜的实训要求：整洁。皮鞋应该经常擦油，保持干净光亮。
领带、帽子等饰物佩戴的实训要求：①帽子要戴端正，符合规范；②工号牌要端正地别在制服左胸上方；③领带是制服的组成部分，配套的制服应按规定系好领带；④领带扎在硬领衬衣上，扎前衬衣的第一个纽扣应当扣上；⑤系领带不能过长或过短，站立时下端齐及腰带为最好；⑥领带系好后，前面宽的一面应长于里面窄的一面；⑦领带不用时应打开领结，垂直吊放，以备再用。
检查指甲长度；检查面部清洁卫生。
检查行包是否干净整洁。
当一组同学模拟场景实训时，其他组的同学可为其进行监督和评估，教师可先制作评分表，由同学自己互相评分，并在表演完毕后给予讲解。
Check whether male flight attendents’hairstyle meets the standards.
Check male flight attendents’uniforms before wearing: ①confirm uniforms of their own posts;②confirmed the size;③focus on checking collar and cuffs’cleaning;④whether clothes are neatly ironed, buttons are complete or not,whether clothes leak or edges broken.To solve the problems and change timely,please check in order.
Uniform and shirts’wearing: ①take shirt from the hanger and put it on;②after that，shirt tail should be put inside the trousers or skirt; ③look in the mirror,check whether button up in right order, dressed conform to the specification or not;④replace clothes which don’t need washing and hang on hangers,uniform pockets are not allowed to put in anything non-work related.
Footwear training requirements:clean and tidy.Shoes should always be oiled, keep it clean and bright.
Requirements of tie, cap:①cap should be worn correctly to meet the standards;②nametag should be worn at the upper left chest side of uniform;③tie is a part of the uniform,should wear the tie correctly to match the uniforms；④wear the tie to the stiff collar shirt, button up the first button before wear the tie;⑤tie can not be too long or too short, touching waist belt is best when stand up;⑥after put the tie on, the front side should be longer than the inside narrow side;⑦when not in use, the bow tie should be opened and hung straightly to prepare for reuse.
Check the finger nail length; check the face cleaning.
Check whether the luggage is clean and tidy.
When a group of students performing simulation scenarios, students in other groups can monitor and evaluate.Teacher can make a grading sheet for students to grade each other, then explain and comment the process when performance is finished.
