情景实训 SCENARIO SIMULATION TRAINING

1.实训目标

Training objectives

训练女航空服务人员优美标准的职业着装与妆容。

①具备航空服务专业人员的基本职业形象。

②能熟练化职业妆,并养成严谨细致的着职业装、化职业妆容的习惯。

Training female flight attendants to have graceful and standard professional dressing and makeup.

①To build basic professional image of aviation services staff.

②Can do the professional makeup proficiently and develop meticulous professional dressing and makeup habits.

2.实训背景

Training background

从南宁飞往北京的CZ6283于18点起飞,机组成员进入登机前状态。

Flight CZ6283 from Nanning to Beijing will take off at 18:00, the cabin crew start to work in preparing mode of boarding and flying.

3.实训内容

Training content

女航空服务人员起飞前对职业装、妆容等进行检查。

Female flight attendants check professional dressing and makeup before the aircraft takes off.

4.实训准备

Training preparation

准备一间形体训练室,四面墙安装长度及地的镜子,能从头到脚照到训练人员。对应工作岗位的制服和箱包、鞋袜等;化妆间一间,化妆品若干;飞行箱包。

Prepare a physical training room with floorlength mirror of four walls, students can look in the mirror from head to toe.Prepare work uniforms and bags, shoes, footwear, etc.; dressing room, cosmetic and flight cases.

5.实训内容与操作标准

The training content and operating standards

检查发型是否符合标准。对着镜子练习盘发。

检查指甲长度和指甲油的颜色。

(1)制服穿着前的检查:

①确认自己的岗位制服;②确认适合自己的尺码;③重点检查领口和袖口的洁净度;④细心检查衣服是否熨烫整齐、扣子是否齐全、是否有漏缝或破边。按顺序检查,发现问题及时调换。

(2)制服和衬衣的穿着:

①从衣架上取下衬衣穿好;②衬衣穿好后下摆必须在裤子或套裙里面;③对着镜子检查,扣子是否扣齐,穿着是否符合规范;④换下不需洗涤的衣物应挂在衣架上,制服口袋不放置与工作无关的任何物品。

(3)鞋袜的实训要求:

①整洁。皮鞋应该经常擦油,保持干净光亮;②丝袜不能钩丝或有破洞。

(4)帽子、丝巾、工号牌等饰物佩戴的实训要求:

①帽子要戴端正,符合规范;②工号牌要端正地别在制服左胸上方;③丝巾是制服的组成部分,配套的制服应按规定系好丝巾。

检查首饰佩戴是否符合标准。

对着镜子练习化妆。注意职业妆容的特点。

当一组同学模拟场景实训时,其他组的同学可为其进行监督和评估,教师可先制作评分表,由同学自己互相评分,并在表演完毕后给予评点。

Check whether the hairstyle meets the standards.Practise fastening hair in the mirror.

Check the length of the nail and nail polish colors.

(1)Check before wearing uniforms:

①confirm uniform of their own posts; ②confirm the right size;③focus on checking collar and cuffs’cleaning;④check whether clothes are neatly ironed, buttons are complete or not, whether clothes leak or edges broken.To solve the problems and change timely, please check in order.

(2)Uniforms and shirts’wearing:

①take shirt from the hanger and put it on;②after that,shirt tail should put inside the trousers or skirt;③look in the mirror,check whether button up in right order, dressed conform to the specification or not;④replace clothes which don’t need washing and hang on hangers, uniform pockets are not allowed to put in anything non-work related.

(3)Footwear training requirements:

①clean and tidy.Shoes should always be oiled, keep it clean and bright; ②silk stockings can not have any holes.

(4)Hats, scarves, nametags and other decorations’wearing training requirements:

①hat should be worn correctly to meet the standards;②nametag should be worn at the upper left chest side of uniform;③scarf is a part of the uniform,should tie the scarf correctly to match the uniforms.

Check whether the decorations conform to the specification.

Makeup in front of mirror, pay attention to professional makeup features.

When a group of students performing simulation scenarios, students in other groups can monitor and evaluate.Teacher can make a grading sheet for students to grade each other, then explain and comment the process when performance is finished.
