四、发型与化妆标准

STANDARDS OF HAIR-DO AND MAKE-UP

（一）发型

Hair-do

①着制服时必须按照出勤标准梳理好发型。

②发型必须用发胶整理固定，做到不掉落、不松散。

①Standard hair-do is required when in uniform.

②Use hair-spray to prevent hair-drop or loose.

1.短发

Short hair

可留职业女士短发，长短整齐，不允许留超级短发及怪异发型，长度不过肩，不能挡住眉毛。

Keep the professional short hair cut, uneven hair style is forbidden.Super short or weird hairstyle is not allowed.The hair should neither cover eye-bow nor go over shoulders.

2.染发

Hair-dyeing

①只许染黑色或接近发色的自然色。

②白发过多者，建议染发。

①Only black or which is close to natural color of the hair is allowed.

②Dyeing is recommended to the people with a lot of white hair.

3.长发

Long hair

必须束起盘于脑后，可使用学校统一发放的头花或发网，发网必须呈饱满状。禁止留刘海，碎发用发胶、夹子固定住（外露发夹数量不超过4枚）。

Must be well twisted and stabilized behind the head and standard hair net should be worn, net should be full-tied.Hair spray and pins ( less than 4 ) should be well used.

长发仅限于以下发型。（图2.20）

不允许出现散乱、掉落发丝、过度染色等现象，如图2.21所示。

Long-hair can be tied into the following style.（Fig.2.20）

Messy hair, fallen hair, over dyeing hair are forbidden, as in Fig.2.21.

（二）化妆

Make-up

化妆的基本步骤为：粉底→散粉→眉毛→眼影→眼线→腮红→口红→睫毛膏，化妆用品及化妆步骤如图2.22。

Basic steps of make-up are:foundation→loose powder→eyebrows→eye shadows→eye liners→cheek blush→lipstick→mascara, see Fig.2.22 for cosmetics and steps of making-up.

1.粉底

Foundation

飞机客舱是一个特别干燥的空调环境，底妆就需要选择有保湿效果的粉底，粉底色上妆后与肤色接近，质地柔和。

Due to the extremely dry air-conditioned surroundings in the cabin, moisturizing foundation should be applied mildly in tune with complexion.

2.散粉

Loose powder

散粉可以增加粉底的附着力，使妆容更持久。它可以缓和涂得过浓的腮红和眼影，也可以改善油性皮肤的化妆效果，选择粉底细腻，透明无反光型定型粉。（图2.23）

Loose powder can be used to strengthen the foundation on skin and make the sharpness of cheek blush or eye shadow mild.And it can also improve the effect of makeup on the oily skin.The loose powder, which is smooth and placid without shining sparkles, is a wise choice.（Fig.2.23）

3.眉毛

Eyebrows

眉色应略浅于发色和睫毛色，禁止使用发红的棕色。眉头、眉峰、眉梢三点之间的连线应柔和，不应有过强硬的线条感。总体来说，眉形可分为4类。（图2.24）

The color of eyebrows should be lighter than the hair or eye-lash color slightly, reddish brown should be avoided.Generally speaking，there are 4 types of eyebrows.（Fig.2.24）

① 柳叶眉：眉头和眉尾基本在同一条水平线上。眉峰在整条眉毛的2/3处。这样的眉毛是比较好搭配和常见的眉形，基本上对年龄和脸形没有过多要求，适合所有人。

②上挑眉：上挑眉基本形态是眉头低，眉尾高，眉头和眉尾不在一条水平线上，眉峰在整条眉毛的2/3或者3/4处。这样的眉形比较适合圆脸形或者脸盘儿左右比例稍大的人。上挑眉看上去比较精神，有朝气。

③拱形眉：拱形眉的眉头和眉尾基本在一条水平线上，眉峰位于整条眉毛约1/2处。整个眉毛的形状弧度较大，成拱形。这样的眉毛比较适合菱形脸或者三角形脸。拱形眉不太大众化，一般情况下很少见。

④平直眉：平直眉的眉头和眉尾在一条水平线上，眉峰在整条眉毛的2/3或者3/4处。眉峰呈菱形，眉尾较短，类似于柳叶眉，不过记得要区别于柳叶眉。这样的眉形比较适合脸形稍长的人。平直眉看上去比较无辜，较年轻。

①Willow-leaf eyebrows：the start and end of willow-leaf eyebrows are basically at the same level.Eyebrow peaks lie on the place of 2/3 of the eyebrows.It is a common camber, and basically suits for everyone, any age and any face.

②Lifted eyebrows：the form of lifted eyebrows is that eyebrows start low, eyebrows end high, the starts and ends are not at a level.Peaks lie on the place of 2/3 or 3/4 of the eyebrows.Such camber is suitable for round face.People with lifted eyebrows appear to be more spirited, full of vigor.

③Arch eyebrows：the start and end of arch eyebrows are basically at the same level, eyebrow peaks lie on the place of 1/2 of the eyebrows.This camber looks like arch and it basically suits for diamond face and triangle-face.It is not a common camber.

④Straight eyebrows：the start and end of straight eyebrows are at the same level, eyebrow peaks lie on the place of 2/3 or 3/4 of the eyebrows.The eyebrow peaks are diamond shape, the ends of eyebrow are short.It suits for long face.People with straight eyebrows appear to be naive and young.

4.眼影

Eye shadows

眼影的正确画法如图2.25所示。

禁止使用珠光与闪光的眼影，如图2.26。

Glittering and shining eye shadows are not allowed, as in Fig.2.26.

5.眼线

Eye liners

流畅的眼线能让你的明眸增添神采。可用眼线液或眼线笔，但只能用黑色、深棕色、深蓝色，不允许画眼尾上挑的眼线。

Smooth eye liners make your eyes shine beautifully but sharp rising eye liners are not permitted.Eye liners can be of pencil shape or liquid style, only black, dark brown and dark blue are permitted for flights.

6.腮红

Cheek blush

职业装的腮红不可强于口红，重点是在于利用柔和的色彩使整个妆容显得更加亮丽。（图2.27）

Weaker than the color of lipstick, it’s only to brighten the whole make-up properly.（Fig.2.27）

7.口红

Lipstick/lipgloss

禁止使用油腻及珠光的口红或唇彩，可使用唇线笔勾勒唇线改善唇形，但禁止将口红或唇彩涂抹在唇线之外。口红正确涂抹方法如图2.28所示。

Extreme oily or glittering lipstick or lipgloss is forbidden.Lip liner can be used properly.See Fig.2.28 for correct way of using lipstick/ lipgloss.

8.睫毛膏

Mascara

①红套装睫毛膏应选用黑色或深棕色（近似于黑色）。

②蓝套装睫毛膏应选用黑色或深蓝色（近似于黑色）。

③呈“之”字形涂抹，容易上色也比较均匀，正确涂抹方法如图2.29。

④如果粘贴或种假睫毛，所选睫毛长度不超过1厘米。

①For red uniform: black, dark brown（close to black）.

②For blue uniform: black, deep blue（close to black）.

③Could be applied in a “zigzag” way to get an ideal effect，see Fig.2.29 for correct way of using mascara.

④Manual eye lashes used should be less than 1 cm in length.

9.手和指甲

Fingers and nails

①航空服务人员的手和指甲应经常保持干净，修剪整洁。

②染色指甲的颜色以透明色、肉色和淡粉色为限，涂抹均匀，不能有脱落现象。

③染色指甲长度不超过指尖3毫米；不染色指甲长度不超过指尖2毫米。（图2.30）

①Keep fingers and nails clean and nails well manicured all the time.

②The color of nail polish are limited to transparent or light pink.

③Length: less than 3 mm（nails with nail polish）; less than 2 mm（natural nail）.（Fig.2.30）

④禁止使用大红、大绿、大紫等彩色指甲油，禁止使用珠光色或含闪粉的指甲油，禁止彩绘美甲，如图2.31。

④Gaudy and showy nail polish is forbidden, lighting nail polish is forbidden，colored drawing or pattern nail is forbidden, as in Fig.2.31.

（三）配饰

Accessaries

配饰的搭配要大方得体，如图2.32所示。

Accessaries should be decent and graceful, as shown in Fig.2.32.

1.戒指

Rings

戒指只可以戴一枚，设计要简单、大方，镶嵌物直径不超过5毫米。

Only one ring is allowed, simple and neat designed with the inlay whose diameter less than 5 mm.

2.手表

Wrist watch

手表款式应简洁、大方，刻度明显（时针、分针），表带以金属或皮质为宜，宽度不得超过2厘米，且皮质表带的颜色限制在黑色、棕褐色、深蓝色、深灰色、咖啡色。（图2.33）不允许佩戴休闲、卡通及带有装饰物的手表；不允许佩戴手链、手镯、脚链等装饰物。

The watch must be simple and neat designed, clear time indications（hour hand, minute hand）, leather or metal chain bands are requested, which are less than 2 cm in width and coloring in black, brown, deep navy, dark grey or coffee tone.（Fig.2.33）Casual ware, cartoon patterned or extravagant styles are prohibited.Wrist chains，bracelets or foot chains are prohibited.

3.耳饰

Earrings

耳饰只允许佩戴一副，以耳钉为宜，只允许戴在耳垂中部，镶嵌物直径不超过5毫米。（图2.34）

Only one pair of ear drop can be worn on the middle of earlap, ear track is appropriate, the diameter of the earring should less than 5 mm.

4.项链

Necklace

项链可佩戴一条，不应外露。

Only one is permitted, keep it out of sight during flight.
