(一)蹲姿基本要领
Basic elements of squatting
航空服务人员蹲姿的动作要领:身体保持直线,双腿靠拢,一脚在前,一脚在后,两腿向下蹲,前脚全着地,小腿基本垂直于地面,后脚跟提起,脚掌着地,臀部向下。
The basic elements of squatting of air service staff are: keep the body straight, close legs with one foot ahead and the other behind, then squat down the legs.The front foot touches ground fully, keep shank basically perpendicular to the ground, the rear foot sole touches ground, keep the heel up, keep buttocks down.
(二)蹲姿的类型
Types of squatting
1.高低式
High-low type
高低式蹲姿的基本特征:双膝一高一低。要求在下蹲时,左脚在前,右脚稍后。左脚应完全着地,小腿基本上垂直于地面;右脚脚掌着地,脚跟提起。这时右膝低于左膝,右膝内侧可以靠在左小腿内侧,形成左膝高右膝低姿态。女士应靠紧两腿,男士可以适度地分开。臀部向下,基本上以右腿支撑身体。(图1.11)
High-low type’s basic features: one knee high and the other low.Keep left foot ahead, right foot behind.Left foot touches ground fully, left shank is basically perpendicular to the ground; right foot sole touches ground, the heel lifts.At this time right knee is below the left knee, and inner side of right knee can be leaned against the inner side of the left leg to form high-low type.Ladies should try to close the legs, men can be appropriately separated.Buttocks down, basically use the right leg to support the body.(Fig.1.11)
2.交叉式
Overlap type
交叉式蹲姿,通常适用于女士,特别是穿短裙的女士采用。优点在于造型优美典雅。基本特征是蹲下后双腿交叉在一起两腿前后靠近,合力支撑身体。上身略向前倾,而臀部朝下。(图1.12)
Overlap squatting is usually applied to ladies, especially whom wear short skirts.The advantage of overlap squatting is elegant.The basic characteristic is that legs crossed and closed to support the body.The upper body leans slightly forward, while keep the buttocks down.(Fig.1.12)

(三)蹲姿的禁忌
Squatting taboos
蹲姿的忌讳之处:在拾捡掉落地上的东西或者拿取低处的物品时,为了省事,只弯下腰,臀部向后翘起,这样很不雅观。突然下蹲、距人过近、方位失当、毫无遮掩、蹲着休息也是女士忌讳的蹲姿。
The squatting taboos: only bend waist, keep the buttocks upward when picking up things.Suddenly squat, too close to others, bad position, no cover, and squatting rest are also taboos of ladies’s quatting.
