二、坐姿标准

SITTING STANDARDS

(一)航空服务人员坐姿的基本要点——坐如钟

The basic elements of sitting of air service are as follows: Sitting straight

入座时要轻稳,头部挺直,双目平视,下颌内收;身体端正,两肩放松,勿倚靠座椅的背部;挺胸收腹,上身微微前倾,坐满椅子的2/3左右,双膝自然并拢(男士可略分开)。

Keep gently and steadily when having a seat, head straightly, eyes-sight horizontally, jaw drawn in; body upright, shoulders relaxed, do not rely on the seat back; chest out and abdomen in, keep upper body forward slightly, fill about 2/3 of the chair, knees close together naturally(men’s knees can be separated slightly).

(二)规范的坐姿须注意以下细节

Standard sitting postures should pay attention to the following details

1.两手摆法

Hands standards

①有扶手时,双手轻搭或一搭一放。

②无扶手时,两手相交或轻握放于腹部;左手放在左腿上,右手搭在左手背上;两手呈八字形放于腿上。(图1.5)

①Chair with handrails, put one hand or both on the handrails.

②Chair without handrails, put hands on the abdomen crossed; or put left hand on left leg, with the right hand above; or put both hands on the legs crossed.(Fig.1.5)

2.两腿摆法

Legs standards

①凳高适中时,两腿相靠或稍分,不能超过肩宽。

②凳面低时,两腿并拢,自然倾斜于一方。

① Stool with moderate height, close legs together or separate slightly, but no more than shoulder width.

②Stool with low height, legs closed together, lean naturally to one side.

③凳面高时,一腿略搁于另一腿上,脚尖向下。

③Stool with high height, put one leg up the other leg, tiptoe down.

3.两脚摆法

Feet standards

①脚跟与脚尖全靠或一靠一分。

①Heels and tiptoes get close entirely or tiptoes separated.

②也可一前一后或右脚放在左脚外侧。(图1.6)

②One front and the other back, or put the right foot outside the left foot.(Fig.1.6)

(三)标准坐姿分类

Types of standsrd sitting postures

1.“ S ”形坐姿

Figure “ S ”

上体与腿同时转向一侧,面向对方,形成优美的“S ”形坐姿。(图1.7)

Put upper body and legs to the same side to form a beautiful “S ”posture.(Fig.1.7)

2.叠膝式坐姿

Overlapping knees posture

①两腿膝部交叉,一脚内收与前腿膝下交叉,两脚一前一后着地,双手稍微交叉于腿上。(图1.8)

②起立时,右脚向后收半步,而后站起。

③离开时,再向前走一步,自然转身退出房间。

①Knees cross, one foot ahead and the other behind on the ground, hands on legs crossed.(Fig.1.8)

②When standing up, right foot draws back for half a step.

③When leaving, go forward for a step, then turned to exit naturally.
