背景：这本是三四十年代很出名的一首国语歌，作词吴村，作曲陈歌辛，和《夜上海》一样就像旧上海的标志。后来被美国歌手Frankie Laine翻唱成英语版，流传海外。改编的版本唱的是一个西方人和东方恋人分别的场景，恋人和东方一样都是他带不走的梦境。
