| Step 1 Lead-in& pre-reading Present pictures about sports meeting in our school last month. Students talk about these words about sports and read them loudly. Step2 While-reading 1. Fast-reading Ask the students to read the passage quickly catch the main idea and complete the table.
Skimming: Read it again and find the activities the writer and his classmates do on the sports day. 2. Careful-reading Read the whole passage carefully and underline the activities the writer and his classmates do on the sports day. 3. Circle the best answer to each of the following questions.
