〖Story introduction〗 The power of collaboration Once upon a time, two hungry people were given a gift by an old man: a fishing rod and a basket of large and fresh fish. One of them asked for a basket of fish, the other for a fishing Rod, and they parted ways. The man who got the fish made a bonfire of dry wood and cooked the fish on the spot. He devoured the fish without tasting the smell of fresh fish. In a flash, he ate all the fish and the soup. Soon he starved to death beside the empty fish basket. The other man, with his fishing rod in his hand, continued to starve, and made his way slowly to the sea, but when he saw the blue sea not far away, his last strength was exhausted, he could only resign himself to an endless stream of regrets. Two more hungry people, they also received the elderly gift of a fishing rod and a basket of fish. But instead of going their separate ways, they agreed to find the sea together, they cooked only one fish at a time, they made the long journey to the sea, from then on, the two began to fish for a living, and a few years later, they built a house, with their families, children, have their own construction of the fishing boat, live a happy and healthy life.
〖Teacher inspiration〗 (1)A person only look at the immediate interests, will be short-lived pleasure; a person with high goals, but also to face the reality of life. Only by combining the ideal and the reality organically can one become a successful person. Sometimes, a simple truth, but enough to give a meaningful life inspiration. (2)The power of collaboration. 〖Question before class〗 What are the characteristics of an effective team? (OBJECTIVE: to guide students into the course of building high-efficiency team with problems, and to grasp the related knowledge points, teaching emphases and difficulties as a whole. Teaching method: The combination of questioning and explanation)
〖Related Knowledge points〗 1.The concept of an effective team The High performance Team (The High performance Team) refers to The development of clear goals, The task before and after The significant increase in contrast, The work efficiency is higher than The general Team. A team of people who trust each other, communicate well, and work actively and cooperatively under effective leadership. 2.Characteristics of an effective team Clear goals Mutual trust Relevant skills Consistent commitment Good communication Negotiation skills Apropriate leadership Internal and external support Recognition and praise Morale 〖Ideological and political infiltration〗 Watch the “National Day parade team”video to get a feel for the ideal high-performance team 3.Building an effective team Help us build our team into an effective team by: 1.Faith traction Faith is the spiritual pillar of an organization, but also a person’s spiritual totem 2. Focus on collaboration The cooperation success represents a kind of trend, and the enterprise team cooperation award accounts for more than two thirds of the bell award projects. 3.Interactive communication Now is a communication era, the growth of the organization needs internal and external communication. Without good communication from the outside, an enterprise will not have a good business environment; without communication from the inside, suspicion and misunderstanding will arise and estrangement will arise. 4.Performance incentives Regardless of the marketing team in which period, people tend to do you check, evaluation, rather than do what you expect. In order to make the team full of vigor and vitality, it is necessary to guide the goal and direction of the marketing team through performance evaluation and motivation. 5.Omni-directional management Management out of efficiency, high-efficiency enterprise team is out of control, not out of “Habit”. If we want to build a high-efficiency enterprise team, as a marketing manager, we must carry on the omni-directional management to the enterprise team members. 〖Classroom thinking〗 How to build an effective team? Students answer on the spot, as usual results. 〖Training camp〗 【Training mission】 It’s not gonna get out of shape 【Mission objective】 Helping students build effective teams. 【Mission content】 (1)One representative from each team picks the categories of words passed on. (2)The group members form a line, in turn act out the words on the PPT, the last student guess the words according to the action, between the groups, see which group guess more, become an efficient team. 【Mission requirements】 (1)The team leader faces the big screen and the other members of the group are arranged in a row in order. They must turn their backs to the big screen and must not peek or make any noise. (2)Draw lots to determine the type of words to be transmitted. (3)The group leader look good after the big screen, remember to demonstrate the words, the big screen off, the group leader will use the words and actions on the big screen for the second students to see. (4)When you are drawing, you can not express it in words, only in actions. (5)In this order, the last group member answers what the Group is imitating. (6)Score one point for the same or closest answer. All team members must participate, with each group timed to five minutes. (7)The three groups with the highest scores can be effective teams 〖The golden key〗 The difference between an effective team and a team The concept of efficient team emphasizes the quality and performance of the team more than the concept of team. An effective team is a group of people who are extremely responsible, passionate about the team, driven, skilled, ethical, trusting, and respectful of each other. They innovate, find problems, and solve them. Their group ability goes far beyond the ability of individual team members, their group success goes far beyond the ability of individual team members, and their group performance goes far beyond the performance of individual team members. However, the success of an effective team depends on the individual growth of the team members. | ||

Finished and higher
In order to build an efficient team, Haier has created several successful modes, the most effective of which is the OEC management method of "Finishing every day, cleaning every day and improving every day" : that is, every day's work should be completed every day, and every day's work should be cleaned and improved every day.OEC management law consists of three systems: target system - Daily clear system - incentive mechanism.First determine the goal, daily clear is the basic work to complete the goal, daily clear results must be positive and negative incentive link to be effective.
1, daily work to complete every day, each day 1% higher than the previous day.
Through "finishing every day, clearing every day and improving every day", I constantly check my work every day and remind myself to finish every day's work every day and make 1% progress every day compared to the previous day. I want to be a person with self-time management, so that I can make continuous progress.
"What is not easy? What do you mean not easy?"
People who have studied Haier almost think haier model is good, but can not learn, because it is too hard!If you think about it, having to do something big or small every day, it's exhausting, but Hale did it.What is not easy?To be able to do simple things every day is not simple! What do you mean not easy?It is not easy to do very carefully what is generally acknowledged to be very easy. In the daily trivial work, we should understand and do well "What is not easy? What do you mean not easy?"Insist to do the simple things every day, do the very simple things seriously, let the simple things become important, in the simple work to find the passion of work.
It takes perseverance to finish every day and clear every day
Persistent adhere to the "day to finish, day clear day high" working mode, daily work to complete every day, each day to improve 1% than the previous day, persistent to improve their time management effectiveness.
In the future work, I will continue to integrate the "Haier time management" mode for self-management and use P.D.C.A(P-PLAN, D-DO implementation, C-check, A-Action) cycle principle to supervise my daily work. I also cleaned up the weak projects in my daily work and rectified them in time, so as to improve the efficiency of my daily work and improve myself by 1% compared with the previous day while completing the basic work every day.

There were two hungry people who also received a fishing rod and a basket of fish from the elder. But they did not each rush thing, which is agreed jointly to find the sea, they only cook a fish, they go through distant journey, came to the seaside, from then on, the day of the two people began to catch fish, a few years later, they built the house, have their own family, children, had built his own boat, live a happy life.

My last penny
There was a lazy boy, whose father was always counting on him to get rid of this bad habit. The boy, however, showed no inclination to correct his shortcomings.
A father had to be on guard against his child at any time and place, fearing that he would steal money or valuable things of the family to change food outside. The father felt that he lived very tired and hard every day.But strange to say, in all his idleness and indulgence, the boy had never stolen from the house, nor had he been known to steal from his neighbours. The way he got the money was an entirely legitimate means. For example, if you give him money to buy wine, he will buy less wine and spend the rest on food.Whether buying oil, salt or vinegar, he always used the same method to save money to satisfy his unhappy mouth...
In order to put an end to his child's laziness, the father decided to give him something he could do, including the principle of doing more with less money. In spite of this, the boy still went on his own way and ignored his father's words.
Once the father was so angry that he threw a penny to the boy to buy oil.The father thought to himself, how can you divide your money into two parts: half for oil and half for food?
When the boy arrived, the assistant filled him with oil and handed him the bottle without withdrawing her hand.Knowing that the clerk wanted money, the boy pretended to feel all over himself and then told the clerk sadly that the money had fallen out.The salesman had no choice but to pour the oil out of the bottle and give the empty bottle to the child.
With a sugar in his mouth and the oil bottle in his arms, the child came home happily. As soon as he entered, his father asked, where is the oil?
The child lifted the bottle.
The oil on the side of the bottle was trickling back to the bottom, about a spoonful.
Father furious, how can you eat this?
A penny can only buy so much, the boy said.
...
No matter how bad the child's lazy eating, and his bad conduct how stubborn, but his wit is still let me admire.
It is better to command strength in a crisis than to live comfortably. If you risk your life, you may find a way to escape.Crisis and adversity hone people. It forces you to find a way.
[Case Analysis]
Maybe that's the difference between a good leader and a mediocre manager.
When the knife is pressed to the neck, all the nerves will tense.
