4.病例分析：
   某高血压病人，在情绪激动时突然讲话含糊不清、右侧肢体无力及活动不灵，半小时后送来医院时，测血压为180/120mmHg,患者示意左侧头痛，检查发现右侧中枢性面瘫，右侧上、下肢肌力均为2级，右侧偏身感觉障碍。
思考：该病人的初步临床诊断是什么？请说说你的诊断依据？
         如何进行神经系统检查？肌力如何分级？
