A 40 year-old male driver statedthat he had a  repeated epigastric pain with acid reflux, andbelching  for more than ten years, thepain often happened  with hunger at night.Gastroscope suggested: duodenal bulb ulcers. Today the epigastric pain suddenlyhappened during his driving, and shifted to the right lower abdomen, continuedand  didn’t relieved. And deep breathing,cough, and changing positions would increase the pain, then he came to thehospital.
