Case study

1.A 65 years old man complained "lessurine, chest tightness, swelling of both legs for 1 week".

Physical examination: consciousness wasclear, breath 36 times / min, pulse 138 times / min, and sitting position, mildjaundice, liver palms (+), spider hemorrhoids, liver and spleen enlargement,frog like abdomen, umbilical hernia and shifting dullness (+).

Gastroscope: it indicates esophageal andgastric varices.
