Case Study

A 26 years old young man was admitted forfever, cough and chest pain for one day. Before his fever, he had a history of gettingwet in the rain, with chills, shivers and muscle soreness. The cough wassevere, accompanied by chest pain at the lower right chest, and the sputum wasrust colored sputum. His body temperature was 39.3 , and fluctuated between 39.2-40.3 after admission. After 2 days ofantibiotics’ therapy, the body temperature gradually decreased.
