一、收势 Closing Form
动作一:接上式 两臂内旋,向两侧摆起,与髋同高,掌心向后;目视前方(图63 )
Movement 1:(Continue from the previous routine)Turn the alms inward,and swing them to the sides until they are level with the hip bones,with the palms facing backward.Look straight ahead[Fig.63].

动作二:两臂屈肘,两掌相叠置于丹田处(男性左手在内,女性右手在内);目视前方(图64 )。
Movement 2:Bend the elbows,and overlap the hands at the Dantian point(some two inches below the navel),with the left hand inside in the case of a male practitioner and the right hand inside for a female one.Look straight ahead[Fig.64].

动作三:两臂自然下落,两掌轻贴于腿外侧;目视前方(图65)。
Movement 3 :Let the arms hang loosely,with the hands lightly touching the outside of the thighs.Look straight ahead[Fig.65].

二、动作要点
体态安详,周身放松,呼吸自然,气沉丹田。
三、易犯错误
收功随意,动作结束后或心浮气躁,或急于走动。
四、纠正方法
收功时要心平气和,举止稳重。收功后可适当做一些整理活动,如搓手浴面和肢体放松等。
五、功理与作用
气息归元,放松肢体肌肉,愉悦心情,进一步巩固练功效果,逐渐恢复到练功前安静时的状态。
