一、第八式动作分解Step-by-Step Description of Routine 8
动作一:接上式。两脚跟提起;头上顶,动作略停;目视前方(图61 )。
Movement 1:(Continue from the previous routine)Raise the heels,at the same time craning the neck.Pause,and look straight ahead[Fig.61].

动作二:两脚跟下落,轻震地面;目视前方(图62 )。
本式一起一落为1遍,共做7遍。
Movement 2:Lower the heels to tap them lightly on the floor.Look straight ahead[Fig.62].
The movements should be done seven times.

二、动作要点
上提时脚趾要抓地,脚跟尽力抬起,两腿并找,百会穴上顶,略有停顿,要掌握好平衡。
脚跟下落时,咬牙,轻震地面,动作不要过急。
沉肩舒臂,周身放松。
三、易犯错误
上提时,端肩,身体重心不稳。
四、纠正方法
五趾抓住地面,两腿并拢,提肛收腹,肩向下沉,百会穴上顶。
五、功理与作用 Functions and eftects
脚趾为足三阴、足三阳经交会之处,脚十趾抓地,可刺激足部有关经脉,调节相应脏腑的功能:同时,顛足可刺激脊柱与督脉,使全身脏腑经络气血通畅,阴阳平衡。a.This routine can stimulate the channels and collaterals of the feet, and regulate the functions of the related organs.Tapping the heels on the floor can stimulate the spine and channels and collaterals along the spine, and improve blood and inner energy circulation, to achieve an internal balance.
颠足而立可发展小腿后部肌群力量,拉长足底肌肉、韧带,提高人体的平衡能力。
b.It also helps to develop the calf muscle groups and exercises the muscles and ligaments of the feet, thus enhancing one's balance capability.
落地震动可轻度刺激下肢及脊柱各关节内外结构,并使全身肌肉得到放松复位,有助于解除肌肉紧张。
c.Tapping the heels on the floor can stimulate the joints in the lower limbs, as well as the spine, ànd relax the muscles through out the body.
