第七式 攒拳怒目增气力
Routine 7 Thrusting the Fists and Making the Eyes Glare to Enhance Strength
一、第七式动作分解
接上式。身体重心右移,左脚向左开步;两腿徐缓屈膝半蹲成马步;同时,两掌握固,抱于腰侧,拳眼朝上;目视前方(图51 )。

动作一:左拳缓慢用力向前冲出,与肩同高,拳眼朝上;瞪目,视左拳冲出方向(图52 )。
Movement 1:(Continue from the previous routine)Move the body weight to the right.Move the left foot one step to the left,to adopt the horse stance.Clench the fists at the sides of the waist,with the thumbs up.Look straight ahead[Fig.51].
Slowly thrust the clenched left fist forward to shoulder level,with the thumb—side up.Make the eyes glare,while looking at the left fist[Fig.52].

动作二:左臂内旋,左拳变掌,虎口朝下;目视左掌(图53)左臂外旋,肘关节微屈;同时,左掌向左缠绕,变掌心向上后握固目视左拳(图54 )。
动作三:屈肘,回收左拳至腰侧,拳眼朝上;目视前方(图55 )。
Movement2:Turn the left arm inward.Loosen the left fingers,and point the thumb down.Look at the left palm(Fig.53).Turn the left arm outward,its elbow slightly bent.Meanwhile,twist the left hand to the left,palm up,and clench the fingers.Look at the left fist[Fig.54].
Movement 3:Bend the left elbow to withdraw the fist to the side of the waist,with the thumb—side up.Look straight ahead[Zig.55].

动作四至六:同动作一至动作三,惟左右相反(图56、图57、图58、图59 )。
本式一左一右为1遍,共做3遍。
Movement 4-6:Movements 4—6 are the same as 1-3,but on the opposite side[Figs.56—59].
The movement should be done three times each,to left and right.Then move the body weight to the right and withdraw the left foot to stand straight,with the feet together.Unclench the fists,and let the arms hang loose.Look straight ahead[Fig.60].

做完3遍后,身体重心右移,左脚回收成并步站立;同时,两拳变掌,自然垂于体侧;目视前方(图60 )。
The movement should be done three times each,to left and right.Then move the body weight to the right and withdraw the left foot to stand straight,with the feet together.Unclench the fists,and let the arms hang loose.Look straight ahead[Fig.60].
二、动作要点
马步的高低可根据自己的腿部力量灵活掌握。
冲拳时要怒目瞪眼,注视冲出之拳,同时脚趾抓地,拧腰顺肩,力达拳面;拳回收时要旋腕,五指用力抓握。
三、易犯错误
冲拳时上体前俯,端肩,掀肘。
2.拳回收时旋腕不明显,抓握无力。
四、纠正方法
冲拳时头向上顶,上体立直,肩部松沉,肘关节微屈,前臂贴肋前送,力达拳面。
拳回收时,先五指伸直充分旋腕,再屈指用力抓握。
五、功理与作用
中医认为肝控制筋腱,直接与眼睛相连,使眼睛眩目可以刺激肝经,从而改善血液循环,帮助培养生命能量。
下蹲、用脚趾抓地、握拳、扭腕、握爪,可以刺激背穴、手、足三阴、三阳三阳等经络,也有助于肌肉、肌腱、韧带的牵拉。长时间的锻炼能使人的肌肉结实,增强人的力量。
通过怒目圆睁、摩运两胁、强力抓握、脚趾抓地、马步下蹲等动作,使全身肌肉、筋脉受到静力牵拉,刺激了手三阴、三阳经的原穴和足三阴、三阳经的井穴,加强了肝的藏血、疏泄功能,具有强筋壮骨、增强气力的作用。
冲拳时,通过保持髓关节和头部不动,加强了脊柱的左右拧转,利于提升脊柱的旋转幅度和灵活性,对调节相关小关节位置、维护脊柱健康有促进作用。
3、Functions and effects
a.In traditional Chinese medicine,the liver is believed to control the tendons and sinews,and is directly connected with the eyes.Making the eyes glare can stimulate the liver channels so as to improve the blood circulation and help cultivate vital energy.
b.Squatting,clenching the floor with the toes,clenching the fists,twisting the wrists and holding the claw-hands with force can stimulate the meridians such as Dumai and the acupuncture points Shuxue on the back,as well as Sanyin and Sanyang meridians of both the hands and feet.They also help to pull the muscles,tendons and ligaments.Prolonged exercise can make one’s muscles firm and enhance one’s strength.
