Complaints and Feedback Contact Information

Contact Information

We have a  systematic process that uses to respond to complaints from students and other key  The main complaint channels are listed as follows:

(1)Student Handbook: The student handbook provides detailed guidelines and policies to help students understand their rights and responsibilities, as well as how to submit complaints or suggestions through formal channels.

(2)Class Leaders: Class leaders act as a bridge between students and the academic unit, responsible for collecting feedback and conveying it to academic advisors or secretariat.

(3)Academic Advisors: Academic advisors serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and assistance in submitting complaints or suggestions through the appropriate processes.

(4)Teaching Secretariat: The teaching secretariat handles day-to-day academic affairs for students and faculty, including the recording, categorization, and preliminary handling of complaints and suggestions.


Complaint and Suggestion Systems

(1)Secretary's Mailbox: The secretary's mailbox offers a formal channel for students and other stakeholders to submit their complaints and suggestions.

(2)Principal's Mailbox: The principal's mailbox is another key feedback channel, allowing direct communication with school management to raise issues and suggestions, ensuring that top leadership is aware and engaged with important matters.

(3)Dean's Open Day: The dean's open day provides an opportunity for students and other stakeholders to engage in face-to-face discussions with the dean about their concerns and suggestions.


For promptly handling complaints and criticisms from students and other stakeholders, the SOF has founded a dedicated team under the direct leadership of Dean Wushuai. The emails of the team members are available on the School’s website, enabling various groups and individuals to communicate complaints, opinions, or suggestions quickly and directly. For each complaint, opinion, or suggestion received, the team has the obligation to response within 48 hours during the working days.
