（一）项目背景（Project Background）

随着 AIGC 技术在视觉创作领域的深度应用，“运镜”“首尾帧” 等动态表达技巧已成为数字内容创作的核心能力。本项目以 “文化传承与现代表达” 为主题，引导学生整合 AI 视角构图、运镜设计及首尾帧技术，创作兼具文化内涵与动态美感的视觉短片，探索 AI 技术如何助力传统文化与现代创意的融合传播。

With the in-depth application of AIGC technology in the field of visual creation, dynamic expression techniques such as "camera movement" and "first/last frame" have become core capabilities in digital content creation. This project takes "Cultural Inheritance and Modern Expression" as the theme, guiding students to integrate AI perspective composition, camera movement design and first/last frame technology to create visual short films with both cultural connotation and dynamic beauty, exploring how AI technology can help the integrated communication of traditional culture and modern creativity.

（二）项目任务（Project Task）

1.选定主题与创作方向

学生需从 “地方非遗文化（如剪纸、皮影、传统建筑）”“现代城市地标”“虚拟文化 IP” 中选择一个作为创作对象，明确短片的核心表达主题（如 “非遗剪纸的动态演绎”“古城与现代建筑的碰撞”）。
Select a theme and creative direction: Students need to choose one from "local intangible cultural heritage (e.g., paper-cutting, shadow puppetry, traditional architecture)", "modern urban landmarks" and "virtual cultural IP" as the creation object, and clarify the core expression theme of the short film (e.g., "dynamic interpretation of intangible cultural heritage paper-cutting", "collision between ancient city and modern architecture").

2.设计分镜与技术方案
根据主题设计分镜脚本，明确每段镜头的 “视角类型（如鸟瞰、第一人称）”“运镜方式（如推、环绕）”“首尾帧内容”，并规划工具使用方案（如用 MidJourney 制帧、VIDU 生成过渡）。
Design storyboard and technical plan: Design a storyboard based on the theme, clarify the "perspective type (e.g., bird's-eye view, first-person)" "camera movement method (e.g., push, surround)" and "first/last frame content" of each shot, and plan the tool use plan (e.g., use MidJourney to make frames, VIDU to generate transitions).

3.作品呈现与说明
输出 1-2 分钟的最终短片，并提交说明文档，内容包括：

选题理由（为何选择该文化主题）；

技术方案设计逻辑（视角、运镜、首尾帧的选择依据）；

优化过程记录（调整前后的效果对比及原因）；

主题表达说明（短片如何体现 “文化传承与现代表达”）。
Final deliverable: A 1-2 minute final short film plus a documentation covering:

Reason for theme selection (why choose the cultural theme);

Technical plan design logic (basis for selection of perspective, camera movement and first/last frame);

Optimization process record (effect comparison and reasons before and after adjustment);

Theme expression explanation (how the short film reflects "cultural inheritance and modern expression").
