类型 1:隐私风险类(如 “2025 年 AI 肖像画平台数据滥用案”—— 平台未经脱敏使用用户照片训练模型)
Type 1: Privacy Risk (e.g., "2025 AI Portrait Platform Data Misuse Case" — the platform used users’ photos for model training without desensitization)
类型 2:责任归属类(如 “2025 年 AI 虚拟形象侵权案”—— 用户生成明星虚拟形象出售,平台拒绝担责)
Type 2: Liability Attribution (e.g., "2025 AI Virtual Character Infringement Case" — a user generated and sold a celebrity’s virtual character, and the platform refused to take responsibility)
风险点梳理:每组填写《AIGC 伦理风险拆解表》,标注案例中 “受影响主体”(如用户、平台、创作者)、“风险表现”(如隐私泄露、侵权纠纷)及 “潜在危害”(如用户权益受损、行业信任危机)。
