Teaching objectives include 3 perspectives: knowledge, skill and cultural perspectives.

First, knowledge objectives. You should master some tourism-related words and expressions; learn sentence patterns to achieve effective communication.

Second, skill objectives. You should practice our news listening skills with the strategies offered; learn how to describe places in detail; do pair work and have discussions to practice our speaking skills, and learn how to state and clarify opinions.

Third, cultural objectives. You should be aware of the importance of ecological and cultural preservation in tourism; clearly understand the meaning of red tourism, and intensify the revolutionary spirit, such as heroism and patriotism.
