Vegetables are essential for human life. They contain several kind of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which makes them an important component of a balanced diet. There are various types of vegetables, root vegetables, stem vegetables, leafy vegetables, cauliflower, and fruit vegetables, etc. Different types of vegetables have varying requirements for environmental conditions, some prefer warm, some prefer cold, some are aquatic, and some are terrestrial. There are also multiple types of planting methods for one certain vegetable, which puts higher demands on vegetable producers.
蔬菜是人类生活的必需品,其体内主要含有维生素、矿物质、纤维素等营养物质,是平衡膳食的重要组成部分。蔬菜的种类较多,有根菜类、茎菜类、叶菜类、花菜类、果菜类;不同种类蔬菜对环境条件的要求不一,有的喜温,有的喜冷凉,有的水生,有的陆生,同一种蔬菜种植方式也有多种类型,这就对生产者提出了较高的要求。
Our vegetable cultivation technology course mainly includes studies on classification, growth habits, and environmental requirements of various vegetables. Producers will be able to learn how to arrange the production season and crops for rotation scientifically and reasonably, how to use modern horticultural facilities, as well as how to combine efficient vegetable cultivation management techniques with agricultural Internet of Things technology to provide safe, high-quality, and high-output vegetable products for our society.
蔬菜生产技术课程主要学习蔬菜的分类、生长习性及其对环境条件的要求,在此基础上,教会生产者能够科学合理的安排生产季节和茬口,运用现代化园艺设施,以及与农业物联网技术结合的高效蔬菜栽培管理技术,为社会提供安全、优质、高产的多样化蔬菜产品。
