Cash Flow
The movement of money into or out at each time points over the whole time period.

Cash Inflow (CI, 现金流入量):
Operating Revenue
Cash Outflow (CO, 现金流出量)

Net Cash Flow (NC, 净现金流量):
NC = CI – CO

The “arrow up” is a kind of revenue whereas the “arrow down” is an expense.
All revenues & expenses are assumed to be occurred at the end of each period.
If the construction period is less than one year, the capital investment is assumed to be occurred at the beginning of first year.
If the construction period is more than one year, the annual capital investment is assumed to be occurred at the end of each year of the construction period.
