Shipment Advice 装船通知

  • 装船方必须通知另一方必要的装船信息The party arranges shipment shall provide his counterpart with sufficient notice related to the transportation. Necessary information include: the name of the carrier, the mode of transport, the date or period for delivery, etc. 

  • 若未能及时通知，由此产生的一切损失由通知方承担 Inability to provide sufficient and prompt shipment notice to the counterpart may lead to the failure of transfer or advanced transfer of risk. 

  • 在CFR、CPT术语下装船通知是不可或缺的Notification is especially significant under CFR and CPT.
