Every culture has its own heroes who are held up as models for others to learn from. They could be scientists, entrepreneurs, athletes, or everyday people who show virtues like perseverance(毅力), courage, kindness,etc. Write a short essaydescribing the characteristicsof a hero from othercountries.

The hero I want to talk about is Neil Armstrong.  He was an American astronaut, and the first person to walk on themoon.

I choose this person because he embodies many of the qualities that I think a true hero should have.To be the first person towalk on the moon requires a lot of courage. Also, to be an astronaut requires a lot of training and hard work, so he is a good model of perseverance. Besides, Armstrong was highly professional in that he was quick to make decisions as a test pilot and that he owed the success of moon  landing to the great effortsof hundreds of thousands of others.

From his story, I learn a lot about courage, perseverance and professionalism. All these qualities will inspire and guide me in my future life.
