Teaching aims:

1. Knowledge aims

To learn words and phrases to describe family:live with sb /be strict with sb /especially / in the same community/cook and have lunch/Chongyang Festival /a handmade gift /energetic/ go jogging/ live alone /plan to hold a party /plan to do sth .

2. Ability aims:

To understand the differences of family values between China and western countries.

To be able to write about family life.

3. Emotional aims

To spread Chinese family values and traditional family culture.

Teaching important and difficult points:

To understand the structure and the reasons why they become models of the Times.

To write a letter to models using the key words and expression.
