12月16日凌晨3时28分,中国能建东北院设计的世界首座六缸六排汽、百万千瓦燃煤机组电厂——大唐东营电厂工程2号机组顺利通过168小时满负荷试运,正式投产发电,实现年内“双投”。
At 3:28 am on December 16th, the world's first six cylinder, six exhaust, and one million kilowatt coal-fired power plant designed by China Energy Construction Northeast Institute, Datang Dongying Power Plant Project Unit 2, successfully passed 168 hours of full load trial operation and officially put into operation for power generation, achieving "dual operation" within the year.

大唐东营电厂位于黄河入海口三角洲地带的山东东营,规划4×1000兆瓦超超临界燃煤汽轮发电机组,本期建设两台100万千瓦级超超临界燃煤发电机组。
The Datang Dongying Power Plant is located in Dongying, Shandong, in the delta area of the Yellow River estuary, with a planned 4 × 1000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired steam turbine generator units, and two 1 million kilowatt level ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation units will be constructed in this phase.
该项目是《山东省半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》《黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划》重点能源项目,同时也是山东电网“第一跨”——东营黄河500千伏输变电工程的重要电源支撑点。
This project is a key energy project in the "Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Development Plan" and the "Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone Development Plan", and also an important power support point for the Dongying Yellow River 500 kV Transmission and Transformation Project, the "first span" of Shandong Power Grid.

六缸六排汽方案
Six cylinder and six exhaust steam scheme
世界首次采用的单轴“六缸六排汽”型式汽轮机,即机组采用一个高压缸、一个超高压缸、一个中压缸和三个低压缸串联的布置方式,超长轴系59.627米, 有效降低了机组运行的热能损失。
The world's first single shaft "six cylinder and six exhaust" steam turbine adopts a series arrangement of one high-pressure cylinder, one ultra-high-pressure cylinder, one intermediate pressure cylinder, and three low-pressure cylinders, with an ultra long shaft system of 59.627 meters, effectively reducing the heat loss during unit operation.
锅炉采用国内先进的超超临界二次再热塔式炉,效率94.9%,有效降低了机组运行的热能损失,提高机组效率。
The boiler adopts the advanced domestic ultra supercritical secondary reheat tower furnace, with an efficiency of 94.9%, effectively reducing the heat loss during unit operation and improving unit efficiency.
高效节水方案
Efficient water-saving plan
项目采用海水淡化处理方式供给、利用海水直流冷却技术、采用取水保证率高的“海域明渠+陆域明沟”的海水直流供排水设计方案, 每年节约淡水200余万吨,污废水、雨水回用系统, 每年可节约用水4.8万吨,实现了废水“零排放”和水资源综合利用。
The project adopts seawater desalination treatment for supply, utilizes seawater direct current cooling technology, and adopts a seawater direct current water supply and drainage design scheme of "sea open channel+land open channel" with high water intake guarantee rate. It saves over 2 million tons of fresh water annually, and the sewage, wastewater, and rainwater reuse system can save about 48000 tons of water annually, achieving "zero discharge" of wastewater and comprehensive utilization of water resources.
烟气余热梯级利用
Cascade utilization of waste heat from flue gas
采用二级低温省煤器+空预器旁路+高效热一次风调温方案,降低发电标煤耗2.83克/千瓦时。
Adopting a two-stage low-temperature economizer, air preheater bypass, and high-efficiency hot primary air temperature regulation scheme, the standard coal consumption for power generation is reduced by 2.83g/kWh.
优化管道效率
Optimize pipeline efficiency
通过优化六大管道布置、合理选择管径、保温,降低管道压损,将管道效率优化至99.35%,降低发电煤耗0.76克/千瓦时。
By optimizing the layout of the six major pipelines, selecting pipe diameters reasonably, and maintaining insulation, the pipeline pressure loss is reduced, and the pipeline efficiency is optimized to 99.35%, reducing the coal consumption for power generation by 0.76 grams per kilowatt hour.
高效热一次风调温装置
Efficient primary air temperature regulation device
有效降低系统㶲损失,提高机组热效率,从而到达热效率最佳值,保证 全厂热效率49.4%。
Effectively reduce system losses, improve unit thermal efficiency, and achieve the optimal thermal efficiency value, ensuring a total plant thermal efficiency of 49.4%.

项目实施整个周期均派遣工地代表服务于业主,保证及时处理现场出现的各种问题,并实行半月报制度,汇报各专业设计修改通知单,现场问题及处理情况,施工进度等。
Throughout the entire project implementation cycle, on-site representatives are dispatched to serve the owner, ensuring timely resolution of various on-site issues. A semi monthly reporting system is implemented, reporting on design modification notices for each discipline, on-site issues and their handling, and construction progress.

项目投产后,将发挥六缸六排汽百万千瓦燃煤发电机组在国家能源领域的首台示范引领作用,推动清洁高效燃煤发电技术的创新和应用。
After the project is put into operation, it will play a leading role in the demonstration of the first six cylinder six exhaust million kilowatt coal-fired power generation unit in the national energy field, promoting innovation and application of clean and efficient coal-fired power generation technology.
