仔细审核信用证,发现若干问题需客户进行修改。

Dear Maeve, 

We have checkedthe LC application you send us.I have some problems need to check with you.

AFor the date of expiry of LC: 31-07-16could you pls change the date to about 25-08-16.It will be safer.

BFor the value of the order in the revised PI is USD15, 209.81 (includingthe RD039 which need to wait your confirm), not USD15, 400.Pls revised it.

CFor the latest date of shipment, pls write on about 25-07-16.

As you know yousend the LC to your bank on next Wednesday and the bank also needs three orfour days to open and then send to our company.

So when wereceived the final LC will about June 16th around.Plsunderstand.And because some items need to do your own card and sticker.

It is better towrite little long time.But we will do our best to ship these goods as soon asearly.

We received theLC today, and the reference number is IEAIBIE14M323390.

We have advisedour bank this morning to make the following amendments:

Revised Expiry 25/8/2016

Latest Shipment Date 25/7/2016

We are going toleave the value at US$15,400we know thisis higher than the P/I but this is okthe bank willonly credit the value on the invoice.
