I hope you got back home fine after your long trip to Europe.

Thanks also for your message offering us USD 3.42 CIF for your photo print Coral Fleece plaid 120cm150cm, 100% Polyester, 280g /m2, 288 needles for Princess & WTP designs where we want to give you an order of 120’container in each design—9,000 pcs in total.

Before sending you the order, we have to get you officially approved by Disney:

Please find attached the MA (Manufacturing Agreement) document Disney is requiring for you to sign.

Please read also the mail I got from Virginia Packard from Disney, she explains clearly how you/we should proceed before starting production at your place.

Please send the signed MA soonest by DHL back to us and we will forward it to Disney.

Please find enclosed the Manufacturer’s Agreement (MA) for: Nantong Haifeng Knitting Co, Ltd.                   

Please forward the MA to the factory as soon as possible. 

One copy of the MA should be signed by factory management and returned to me before Disney branded production starts. One original signed MA is to be returned, without any amendments. 

Factory management should sign and keep the second copy for their own records. Should the factory decide that they are not willing to sign the MA, you are required to cease using the factory immediately and notify ILS accordingly.

Once you return the signed MA to me, we can proceed with the authorisation process. 

Also find attached the Walt Disney Company Code of Conduct for Manufacturers which must be displayed in the factory where it can be seen by the employees.

And the Factory Compliance Audit Checklist should be passed to factory management for their reference. It is a guide ONLY as to the type of questions that the Disney auditors will review during a Social Compliance Audit.

Please forward them to the factory, as well.
