Paraphrase means to rewrite the sentence in your own words. You want to express the same meaning in a different way. If you can make it more clear or more concise, that is ideal.
And remember our second reading skill - understanding sentences. If you need to review it, go back to page 95 in your textbook. If you first find the main clause - subject, verb and object - you will be able to paraphrase better.
