This week we will be looking at Physical Fitness. I enjoy this topic because it is something that has always been important to me. I hope you will enjoy it too!

We will try to do our midterm exam this coming week. There are more details at the end of the today's lesson.

This week we are going to look read about physical fitness. So let's get started by looking at some extreme fitness.
In that video, there were a lot of examples of extreme strength. Later we will look at some that demonstrate more graceful movement.
So what is fitness?
Fitness speaks of the conditioning or capability of our body. It would include stamina, strength, flexibility, and more.
Definition: Fitness is...
Good health, especially good physical condition resulting from exercise and proper nutrition.
When we think of stamina, we might think of a marathon runner.

When we think of strength, we might think of a weight lifter.

When we think of flexibility we might think of a ballerina.
