1职责Responsibilities

1.1煤化验员在化验班班长领导下，在本班技术员的指导下完成各项工作。The coal laboratory technician shall complete various tasks under the leadership of the laboratory team leader and under the guidance of the technical personnel of this team

1.2工作中服从煤化验组长的安排。Obey the arrangement of the coal testing team leader during work.

1.3对分析数据的准确性、可靠性负责。Responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the analyzed data.

1.4严格按照各项有关制度和技术标准要求进行入炉煤的化验监督工作。Strictly follow the requirements of various relevant systems and technical standards to conduct testing and supervision of the incoming coal.

1.5管理好本岗位的工具、仪器、设备及生产场所的卫生清扫工作，搞好安全文明生产。Manage the hygiene and cleaning of tools, instruments, equipment, and production sites in this position, and ensure safe and civilized production.

1.6搞好报表的编制工作和对分析数据进行分析研究。Do a good job in preparing reports and conducting analysis and research on analytical data.

1.7严格执行各种规章制度，正确执行上级命令。Strictly implement various rules and regulations, and correctly execute superior orders.

2.3.1.1熟悉煤化验设备的构造、系统、特征和原理。Familiar with the structure, system, characteristics, and principles of coal testing equipment.

2.3.1.2熟悉精密仪器的构造和原理。Familiar with the structure and principles of precision instruments.

2.3.1.3熟悉《无机化学》、《有机化学》、《分析化学》中的相关内容。Be familiar with Inorganic chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Analytical chemistry.

2.3.1.4熟悉《安全生产法》、《电力工业技术管理法规》、《电业安全工作规程》的有关分。Familiarize oneself with the relevant provisions of the Safety Production Law, the Technical Management Regulations of the Electric Power Industry, and the Safety Work Regulations of the Electric Power Industry.

2.3.1.5熟知《化学技术监督条例》、《电力生产事故调查规程》。Familiar with the "Regulations on Chemical Technology Supervision" and the "Regulations on Investigation of Electric Power Production Accidents".

2.3.2.3能够解决燃料试验工作中的复杂难题。Can solve complex problems in fuel testing work.

2.3.2.4了解化学除焦的方法及原理。Understand the methods and principles of chemical coke removal.

2.3.2.5熟知燃料各种参数变化对锅炉安全经济运行的影响。Familiarize oneself with the impact of changes in various fuel parameters on the safe and economic operation of boilers.

2.3.2.6能校验仪器、仪表，并能排除一般仪器故障。 Able to calibrate instruments and eliminate general instrument faults.

2.3.2.7了解防止炉内结焦的方法，积极配合除焦工作。Understand the methods to prevent coking in the furnace and actively cooperate with the decoking work.
