Ash Fusibility Analyzer Operation (SDAF2000b)
1.开启灰熔融性分析仪主机、计算机电源;
Turn on the host and computer power of the ash melting analyzer;
2.进入测控程序;点击: 灰熔融性测定画面.
Enter the measurement and control program; Click on the screen for measuring ash fusibility
3.做灰锥;
Make a gray cone;
4.刚玉舟铺放石墨粒
Lay graphite particles on the corundum boat,
5.灰堆托板放在刚玉舟上,并把刚玉舟推入燃烧管内至限位点,摆正(使灰锥的图像落在测控软件图像框的中央区间内);电脑显示图像按从左至右排列顺序即:1.2.3.4.5.样。(如不显示图象,可关闭电脑重启)。
Place the ash pile support plate on the corundum boat, and push the corundum boat into the combustion tube to the limit position, aligning it (so that the image of the ash cone falls within the central range of the measurement and control software image box); The computer displays images in order from left to right, i.e. 1.2.3.4.5. Samples. If the image is not displayed, the computer can be turned off and restarted.
6.将背景盖旋至最里面,封闭通气孔,最后关上仪 器右侧门;(先用大盖子先拧紧,拧到不能拧为止再回拧松一圈,再放上一个小的圈。)
Rotate the background cover to the innermost position, close the vent hole, and finally close the right side door of the instrument; (First tighten the large cover until it cannot be tightened, then loosen it by one turn, and then place a small turn.)
7.点击画面窗上方:“弱还原性实验”(如做氧化性实验 则省略第4和第6步,但盖上背景盖时需要留出4个通气孔,最后关上仪器右侧门),仪器自动进入试验;
Click on the top of the screen window: "Weak Reductivity Experiment" (if conducting oxidation experiments, omit steps 4 and 6, but leave 4 ventilation holes when covering the background cover, and finally close the right door of the instrument), and the instrument will automatically enter the experiment;
8.所有试验做完后,点击数据管理,查看结果。如 要修改:点击样品一栏
After all the experiments are completed, click on Data Management to view the results. To modify: click on the sample column
9.退出测控程序,关闭计算机.控制及加热电源。
Exit the measurement and control program, turn off the computer, control, and heating power supply.
注:如再要测第二批样,要求降炉温到700℃以下。可打开炉门降温会快一点。
Note: If the second batch of samples needs to be tested again, it is required to lower the furnace temperature to below 700 ℃. Opening the furnace door will lower the temperature faster.
