My Study Plan for the First Semester
It’s a great opportunity as well as a newchallenge for me to study computer software at college. This major isabsolutely ideal because my goal is to become a computer software engineer. Toachieve the goal, I’ve worked out my study plan for the first semester.
Altogetherthere are 18 weeks in this semester, during which I will study theory for 12weeks followed by six weeks of practical study. I will take seven compulsorycourses which will mean 28 hours of lectures every week. I will spend six hoursa week on my two selective courses—Technology English Reading and Computer
Multimedia Technology. Then, I willorganize my own time. As far as I’m concerned, revision is very important if Iam to grasp the teachers’ lectures, so it will take me at least one hour to goover what I have learned in class every day. Besides, I need to spend half
an hour previewingthe text before the next class so as to understand the teachers’ lectures moreeasily. In order to make full preparations for my further studies in computersoftware, I will spend ten hours reading books concerning software engineering, database application and other related books in the library every week.
Howto Work out a Study Plan
When working out astudy plan, you should consider the following points:
1 Be clear about the objectives of your study.
