Ifyou plan on going outlet shopping, spend some time online before you head out.Visiting the websites of the outlets you are interested can save you big. Someoutlet centers are generous. You can register for their free VIP club onlineand get access to dozens of online coupons as well as print a special VIPcoupon book voucher to show at the information desk to get even more coupons.Even with the less generous outlets, you can still find some printable couponsto use. Remember to print out multiple copies of each one since sometimesthings only apply to a single item.

Ifyou miss those online discounts, do not worry. The outlet centers always havecoupons at the information center. But you have to either have an AAAmembership or a VIP pass to get the coupons. If you don’t have either of them,you can still buy the coupon book with a couple of dollars. Before youpurchase, you can ask to see the coupon book to see if it is worth the fee.

Thereare two kinds of outlet stores: those that are just last season retail storeswith a slight markdown and those that are real outlets, where things are deeplydiscounted for quick sale. If you are a serious bargain hunter, look for thingsthat are really good deals, not 20% off retail price. To achieve that, you cando a little comparison shopping throughout the outlet center before buying.Most shops will hold items for their costumers if requested. By doing so, you cangain more time and avoid impulsive shopping.
