讲解技巧
根据客人的性质来调整自已的讲解层次、重点和风格,是讲深一点还是讲浅一点,讲建筑特色为主还是景观特色为主;要抓重点讲,废话减少;找到客人的兴趣点后,即时调整所有的讲解重点。一开始,可以试探性的多说下各方面的知识,但如果发现客人在问你的时候,对某一方面情有独衷,你要马上转移导游词讲解的侧重点。如果客人对建筑感兴趣,你就不妨着重讲眼前建筑的成因,建筑流派,建筑工艺,特色,结构,原材料,对现代建筑的启示或对比。博览群书。建立起属于个人的,别人无法克隆的专题讲解体系。如:茶文化之旅,佛道文化之旅等等;针对自己的知识薄弱版块,进行恶补。因为木桶理论说明我们有哪一块是短板,那么导游讲解水平可能也就是短板这块水平。尽管我们有很多的理由选择扬长避短,但客人的需求,是我们能选择的,很可能客人对我们一个不满意的回复而否定了整个团的带团效果。面对要求越来越高的游客,我们没有理由指责客人的过分要求,我们有更多的理由把自己充足电,足以应付各种需求的客人。
