地接在接受任务后,应该掌握旅游团以下情况:
1.组团信息: 团队名称、联络人姓名、电话号码、团号、旅游团的结算方式、旅游团的等级和全陪的姓名。 旅游团人数包括儿童、用车、住房、餐标(是否含酒水)等情况。 在食、住、行、游等方面是否有特殊要求,有否特殊要求的游客。落实旅游车辆,知道司机的姓名、电话、车型、车号。与司机定好时间。

3.途中服务 致欢迎词(欢迎词要有激情、有特点、有新意、有吸引力能立即把游客吸引到导游身上来,给游客留以深刻的印象) 问候语:各位来宾、各位朋友,大家好,大家辛苦了 欢迎词:代表所在旅行社、本人几司机欢迎游客光临本地。 介绍语:介绍自己的姓名及所属单位,介绍司机。 希望语:表示提供服务的,诚挚愿望。 祝愿语:预祝此次旅程愉快、顺利。 风光风情介绍:(随机应变,见人说人,见景说景,与游客同步观赏) 介绍当地的天气及出租车情况。
4.介绍下榻的饭店:宾馆的位置,名称,星级标准,主要设施的使用方法。,到宾馆所需要的时间。入住手续, 宣布当日和次日的活动安排,叫早时间,早餐时间,集合时间,协助办理住宿手续, 请领队发放房卡。导游要和宾馆定好叫早时间,协助客人入住后遇到的各种问题。
