对话文本:
A: Is Mr. Douglas Blair in?
B: Yes. Who's speaking, please?
A: This is Ron Feinberg speaking. We'vejust received our order No.211. Unfortunately, we've found that the quality is different from the approved samples.
B: We're sorry to hear that. Could you be more specific?
A: Yes, of course. The colour is lighter than that of the samples.
B: I think we did a comprehensive inspection before making the shipment, so I'm wondering why this happened. Anyway, would you please e-mail us some pictures of the wrong colour? And, also, could you send us some samples of the faulty colour? If it proves to be our fault, we'll send you replacements immediately.
A: It's no problem to send the defective samples back to you. But we don't have enough stock now. Can you send us replacements immediately?
B: Sorry, we must get the defective samples before we can do anything about compensation. So, please return the samples first. We'll let you know our decision as soon as we get them.
A: OK. We'll express the defective samples to you immediately. But, please, can you handle this as a matter of urgency?
B: You have my word.Bye.
A: Bye.
