With a history of over 600 years, the Palace Museum in Beijing receives over 19 million visitors from home and abroad each year. It acts as a place for people to learn about Chinese history and culture. In order to offer better service to visitors, we need people who are helpful, patient and responsible, people who are willing to serve the public, people who love and have a good knowledge of Chinese history and culture, and people who are skilled in communication and organization.
北京故宫博物院拥有600多年的历史，每年接待国内外游客1900多万人次。它是人们学习中国历史和文化的地方。为了向游客提供更好的服务，我们需要乐于助人、耐心和负责的人、愿意为公众服务的人、热爱中国历史和文化的人以及善于沟通和组织的人。
The volunteer work includes: 1. introducing the architecture and exhibits to visitors; 2. guiding visitors during busy seasons; 3. answering questions; 4. doing some simple repair work; 5. doing some cleaning.
志愿者工作包括：1.向游客介绍建筑和展品；2.在旅游旺季引导游客；3.咨询服务；4.做一些简单的修理工作；5.打扫卫生。
