REAL WORK ARRANGEMENTS 真实的工作任务
Trainees will succeed in completing real tasks relating to such majors as Marketing, Art Designing, IT and Business English. Challenges are sure to come. And practice will turn interns to qualified full-time hires.

CLEAR AND DETAILED TRAINING 清晰细致的培训
Training include sections before, during and after the trainee’s work in the company. The program starts with a pre-service training program, expressing expectations and role definitions, to get the students prepared for the real deal. After that, interns continue to receive help and guidance from company mentors, trainee apps and company-school-student chat groups. Performance report and long-term instruction service will also help the students keep excelling even after the training program.
