1998年本科毕业于江西师范大学英语教育专业，2005毕业于华东师范大学教育学专业，并于2014年取得上海外国语大学英语语言文学专业博士学位。自2005年起一直任教于南昌大学外国语院。从教以来，开设过多门英语课程，包括《大学英语》系列课程，《职场英语》、《学术英语（理工类）》以及《机辅翻译》。在学术英语（理工类）授课多个授课周期中，作为教学团队负责人，对学术英语课程的教学有清楚的思路，统一规划了整个团队课程的教学，并取得良好效果。
