二、课程基本信息                           

授课周数	2023年2月20日开课，2-17周，共16周
授课教材	《民航英语口语》刘长江主编   上海交通大学出版社
授课内容	完成“票务服务”、“办理值机”、“安检”“过境与转机服务”、“机场购物与餐饮服务”、“登机”、“起飞前安全指导”、“机上服务”、“机上紧急情况”、“着陆和到达”等14个单元的教学。
教学进度	平均每周一个单元
线上学习平台	超星学习通
考试形式	听力考试+口语考试
成绩构成	总评成绩=平时成绩*30%+阶段成绩*20%+期末成绩*50%（听力25%，口语25%）  2学分   平时成绩：出勤率、课堂表现、小组作业等。   阶段成绩：主要为网络上的一些作业任务   授课教师对学生的成绩构成具有最终解释权；无故旷课3次及以上者取消考试资格。
